Our typical retreats host 8–12 guests for one week at a time, with exclusive use of a venue during the confirmed dates.
Wildwell acts as your operational partner once a retreat concept is aligned. We support you by identifying and matching venues that fit your retreat vision, coordinating with property owners or managers, and clarifying what is included so expectations are aligned before anything is confirmed. We help coordinate staffing, meals, and agreed local services, and stay involved to support logistics leading up to and during the retreat.
Our role is to protect your time and attention — ensuring the operational pieces are handled cleanly so you can focus on teaching, facilitating, and holding the space you’ve created.
Wildwell does not replace the retreat host’s role, but supports the operational backbone that allows hosts to focus on leading their retreat. We offer:

Once a venue and dates are selected, contracts and deposits are handled directly with the venue. Wildwell supports coordination and alignment across parties before anything is finalized.

You lead your retreat. Wildwell supports agreed logistics and coordination so the week runs smoothly for you, your guests, and the venue team.

No. Retreat hosts bring their own instructors or act as the facilitator themselves.

No. All venues and dates are confirmed only after mutual agreement and contract.
